| Jason and the Magic Skipping Stone |
| A magic skipping stone, the imaginative mind of an eight-year-old,
adventure, factual information and family values are included
in each fantasy-adventure story. In the first story, Jason,
the main character of the series, finds a skipping stone
and skips it into a lake. Magically, a fort appears from
the middle of Black Snake Lake, and Jason begins his first
adventure. Inside the fort is a “room with many
books.” As Jason reads each book, other rooms inside
the fort provide places for Jason to experience what he
reads about, eagles, Mexico and a family much like his
own. |
